Polarities - Intractable International Conflicts

Today’s world is characterized by unparalleled polarization. There are intractable international  conflicts scattered all around the globe. ISPSO, The International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, is holding its 36th annual meeting this year in New York City, June 24 – 30, 2019. The meeting is going to include an interactive panel featuring experts discussing how psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic thinking can help us to understand, and also to solve intractable international conflicts. This video features a preview of the panelists commenting on intractable conflicts, how identity issue affect them, and what psychoanalysis has to offer.
