AM2019 REFUNDS POLICY
In case of cancellation by the AM2019 organizers: Payments already made for Workshops or Symposium or Polarities Party (Gala) will be returned to participants. In case of cancellation of individual workshops, the registered participants will be offered available places in other workshops or offered a refund.
In the case of cancellation by a participant: Cancellations before May 15, 2019 will be refunded in full, less an $80 US administration fee. Cancellations from May 15 until June 1st will be refunded 50% of the payments made. No refunds will be made after June 1st, 2019.
If you book travel through the Corporate Travel service please note that all travel arrangements are independent of the ISPSO. Participants are advised to take out travel insurance.
